The NDIA is reporting degraded performance for claims submissions via the API. We are monitoring the situation and will advise when users can resume usage of the claims functionality.

The NDIA's API System will be taken offline for scheduled maintenance and as a result some Caresquare services will not be available during the period below:
- Saturday, 22 September 2024 12:01am until Sunday, 22 September 2024 06:00am (i.e. 6 hours outage in total)
All times are expressed as Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST)

During this period, you will be unable to make any API calls or claims via Caresquare. Further information is available from the NDIS website or by contacting our customer support team.
